Blueprint for America PAC was founded on a simple belief: the people making decisions in Washington should reflect the country they're supposed to represent.

They don't. Not yet.

We're here with a singular mission — identify, fund, and elect the next generation of progressive Democratic leaders. Gen Z candidates. LGBTQ+ champions. Candidates of color. Working-class fighters who've never had a lobbyist return their calls. The ones the establishment isn't ready for.

We are.

Our team has spent years inside the machine — the DNC, Florida campaigns, city halls, county committees. We know how power works. We know how elections are won. And we know that the Democratic Party's future depends on the leaders we elect right now, in this cycle, in these races.

A former DNC staffer, former candidate, and one of the top Democratic operatives in the country, Dom Vargas has spent his career at the intersection of politics and power in Palm Beach County. He chairs the Palm Beach County Democratic Executive Committee's Campaign Committee and has built campaigns from the ground up in some of the most competitive terrain in Florida. He founded Blueprint for America PAC because he believes the Democratic Party's next generation of leaders deserves the same firepower, infrastructure, and investment as any established political operation — and he's putting everything he has into making that happen.

Executive Director

Born in the Philippines and raised in South Florida, Ty Penserga made history as the first openly gay mayor of Boynton Beach — one of the largest cities in Palm Beach County — and the first openly gay Asian American elected official in the state of Florida. A former doctoral candidate in integrative biology and neuroscience at FAU, Ty traded the lab for the commission dais and never looked back. He won his mayoral race with over 57% of the vote, defeating opponents who tried to make his identity a liability. The voters answered. He brings the credibility of a trailblazer and the instincts of a winner to everything Blueprint does.
